Sun, shade and views for all 133 homes
The tower is placed on the developer's site plan, oriented with its north arrow and scaled to its 50 m bar; stack footprints are traced from the unit stack plans and simplified to boxes. Window directions come from each floor plan (corner units get two). Surrounding buildings within 1.3 km are 3D models from OneMap 3D (Singapore Land Authority), shown in grey; OneMap may not yet show the newest neighbours, and placement is approximate. Floor heights follow the briefing: first homes on level 4, a double-volume sky terrace on level 17. Shading counts every building within 650 m and the tower itself, but not trees or terrain. Check the floor plan before deciding on a unit.
| Stack | Zone | Type | Windows face | AM | PM | Breeze |
|---|
Zone: S = The Serra Residences (levels 4 to 16), Su = The Summit (18 to 27), PH = penthouses (28). Breeze is a 0-100 heuristic score for monsoon wind on the windows (see the legend under Breeze and ventilation). AM and PM are average hours of direct sun on the unit's windows across all floors of the stack, split at solar noon (about 1 pm in Singapore), for the chosen date.

The plan is drawn as in the brochure, with north-west towards the top. The orange dot shows where the sun is; the arrow in the corner points north. Depth ignores balconies.
